Both bedrooms have a 180 cm double bed. A sofa bed in the living area provides two further sleeping places.

One of the two bathrooms has a bath, and there is also a separate WC. The terrace adds 52.73 m² of outdoor space to the penthouse.

The kitchen includes Miele appliances, while an iron, ironing board and bicycle parking are also provided. Guests can use the sauna, relaxation room and fitness room in the building.
